  1. All products that are being offered on our website are subject to availability and as such can be sold out. Stock positions may change, as other orders are processed. If it happens that we are unable to fulfil any order at the advertised price because stock is sold out, you will be entitled to a voucher on the amount the item was sold for that can be used for any purchase on our website, alternatively a refund can be made within 30 days.
  2. We try to ensure that all product details, descriptions and prices on our Website are accurate. Also note that photographs of products may not exactly match the product, as some items have unique colouring and also variances from item to item.

  1. Orders will only be dispatched to you when we have received cleared payment by Payfast.

  3. As a buyer, you indicate where in South Africa you require delivery, as well as contact numbers to be used in connections with delivery. Your parcel will be delivered to the address you specify in the checkout process.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase , we are here to help.

1.    You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. (excepting if the item is damaged or defective)
2.    Please indicate the items you wish to return and the reason for the return.
3.    To be eligible for a return , your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
4.    In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, unworn/unused, in their original packaging with all tags still attached. The original delivery note must be included in the parcel as well. If the items(s) has been worn and if there are any scents or marks on the item(s) it will not be returned.
5.    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
6.    We will exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability, at an additional delivery cost.
7.    Faulty items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, items that are damaged due to use, will not be considered to be faulty and will not be accepted for a return or exchange.
8.    Any sales items can not be returned.
9.    Return costs remain the responsibility of the client. We recommend you insuring your return package as returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us safely.
